About the Event
Since 1995, the ETRC Annual Meeting has been the global oil refining industry’s largest event of the year. The event is organised by the World Refining Association (WRA) with the aim of creating a space where the industry can share and exchange knowledge on technology, particularly as it relates to technologies that improve efficiency and increase plant productivity. The network aims to bring refiners, producers and suppliers together to ensure a win-win situation. Over 500 refiners and petrochemical stakeholders from around the world attend the event and participate in conferences and presentations on market insights, innovations and case studies, all related to current changes and challenges in the industry.
Our role
In 2022, the ETRC will take place from 7 to 10 November. There will be many presentations about the downstream industry and its future, and we are looking forward to being part of it. We will be speaking about Smart Enterprise Integration for Refinery Optimisation, with a particular focus on the following statements:
- Smart enterprise integration is helping the downstream industry to further reduce costs and improve operational efficiency to meet the complex and growing challenges of stringent environmental regulations and volatile price landscapes.
- Smart enterprise integration optimises end-to-end downstream business processes and outcomes, while enabling sustainable digital transformation.
- Smart Enterprise Integration uses Business Integration Models in real-life optimisation and digital transformation projects, which are carried out together with a local refinery in a long-term partnership.
We are very honoured to have been selected for this event and are looking forward to many interesting presentations and opinions, as well as meeting many experts and interested people from the downstream industry!
