Employee in Project Management (m/f/d)

As an employee in project management (m/f/d), you will work in a competent and committed team to ensure that project processes are standardised in our company and that cooperation with our customers is effective and transparent. You will develop, share and monitor best practices for project management, the evaluation and assessment of KPI’s across the company to increase operational efficiency and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. With project steering, you create the framework for existing projects as well as future innovative solutions in our team and support your colleagues and the strategic goals of the company.

Your tasks

  • Coordination of deadlines for customer projects and planning of the process, required resources and other dependencies
  • Ensuring that project plans are adhered to in the course of projects, taking into account time, budget, availability and other changing framework conditions
  • Internal project documentation and reporting, especially continuous evaluation of KPIs and the resulting communication or escalation
  • Preparation, maintenance and updating of customer and master data
  • Optimisation of existing project processes and general organisational development
  • Internal training and support for other employees in the project planning area
  • Organisation and planning of the necessary customer or team meetings
  • Close and active cooperation and communication with the project manager and the entire project team

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed training or degree in the field of economics, business administration or a comparable qualification in the commercial sector
  • Experience with project management methods and their successful application in customer projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-reliance and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an agile approach
  • Analytical thinking, structured approach, and quality consciousness
  • Good German and English language skills, knowledge of French is advantageous
