A Day of Teamwork and Celebration at boTec
Our recent team event brought the boTec team together for a day of collaboration, creativity, and fun. The day started with a cosy breakfast at the office, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. After enjoying coffee and pastries, we made our way to a vineyard near Eltville—a familiar and picturesque venue we last visited for a team event two years ago.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and warm soup—an ideal start for the crisp autumn day. Lunch served as a relaxed setting for colleagues to engage and enjoy time together. Later, our CEO, Martin, delivered a speech, recognising employees who have been with boTec for many years and presenting them with small thank-you gifts as a gesture of appreciation.
After lunch, we began a unique team-building activity that brought energy and creativity to the day. The challenge was to create a chain reaction, with each team working to pass an impulse seamlessly from one section to the next. This exercise required clear communication, coordination, and a touch of creativity. To encourage connections across departments, teams were assigned randomly, fostering collaboration with new colleagues and a fresh perspective on teamwork.
As the sun began to set, we gathered for a delicious barbecue, enjoying a variety of grilled dishes. The evening stretched late into the night, with everyone seated together and engaged in lively conversations. It was the perfect way to wind down after a productive and enjoyable day.
This event was yet another reminder of how teamwork, open communication, and shared experiences further connect us as a company. We look forward to creating more moments like these in the future, continuing to strengthen the bonds that make boTec a special place to work.
