On September 10, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Wiesbaden’s mayor and head of economic affairs, Christiane Hinninger, together with her advisor Eva Dick, to boTec in Wiesbaden. In her role as Chair of the Industrial Advisory Board, she has been working for years with relevant stakeholders such as industry, chambers, universities, trade unions, and associations to strengthen Wiesbaden as an attractive and future-oriented industrial location.

This long-term commitment is crucial for ensuring competitiveness and supporting industrial transformation.

IT-Tech in Wiesbaden – The Role of the WITech Alliance

In the context of the WITech Alliance – Wiesbaden’s tech economy network – we discussed
how boTec and other IT companies are helping to strengthen Wiesbaden as an innovative and sustainable business location.

The WITech Alliance was initiated in March 2024 by the Department of Economy and Employment and has since been actively developed by Deniz Bayramoglu. It connects local technology companies and strengthens Wiesbaden as an innovative and sustainable tech location.
