Social Responsibility at boTec
On International Day of Charity, we reflect on what it means to be a responsible technology partner in today’s world. At boTec, driving digital transformation is only one part of our mission. Equally important is our commitment to social engagement and making a positive impact beyond our daily work.
As a Wiesbaden-based company, we are proud to contribute to our local community. This includes supporting initiatives that promote social cohesion, education, and environmental responsibility, values we believe are essential for shaping a better future.
In recognition of this commitment, boTec was awarded the Goldene Lilie for the second consecutive year. The ceremony, held on 4 November 2024, celebrated companies in Wiesbaden that go above and beyond in their community engagement.
Our responsibility also finds expression in our annual “Donations instead of Christmas presents” tradition. Rather than giving corporate gifts, we donate to charitable organisations that work for causes close to our hearts, such as protecting children and supporting environmental projects. It’s a small gesture, but one that reflects our values and creates meaningful change.
We see these efforts not as isolated initiatives, but as part of a broader responsibility. At boTec, we believe innovation and responsibility go hand in hand and we remain committed to living that belief in everything we do.
