Art, Inspiration, and Teambuilding

At boTec, we know that great ideas don’t just happen in the office — they’re often sparked in the spaces between, when we step outside our daily routines and connect with each other in new ways. Yesterday evening, our team did just that. We met up after work for a visit to the Kunsthaus Taunusstein, and the experience went far beyond just admiring art.
The current exhibition, “INVENTING SPACE” by artists Miriam Vlaming and Leo Leonhard, provided a thought-provoking look at space and perception. With insightful commentary from Dr. Irene Haas, we explored artworks that challenged our views of form and boundaries — and opened up new ways of thinking about our own work.
After the exhibition, we enjoyed some time together in a relaxed setting — taking the opportunity to unwind, share impressions, and simply connect. At boTec, we believe these moments are essential: they help foster trust, strengthen relationships, and build the kind of team culture where collaboration comes naturally. It drives our daily work forward by achieving common goals by respectful teamwork.
Here’s to more shared inspiration, more fresh perspectives — and to the strong team spirit that makes it all possible!
