Support Engineer, Support and Assistance, boTec GmbH

Your Tasks

  • Categorise and resolve issues in 3rd level support, ensuring efficient problem-solving.
  • Conduct quality assurance and maintain accurate documentation to improve processes.
  • Maintain and enhance our standard software for long-term reliability.
  • Update and optimise the integration platform for better performance.
  • Support customer migrations to on-premises or cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Deliver consulting and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.

Your Requirements

  • Relevant training or degree in fields such as computer science or IT support.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and handling 3rd level IT support issues.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, TypeScript, Java, and frameworks such as Express.js and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GKE.
  • German and English skills at level B2 or above for effective communication.
  • Analytical thinking combined with a passion for problem-solving and process optimisation
