As soon as your application has been received via our application form or by e-mail, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt in which we inform you how your personal data will be processed within our application procedure. You are then included in our application process. Your application will then first be checked for compliance with the relevant job advertisement and then assessed by the relevant department. If we have any questions, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. If the assessment is positive, we will suggest an initial meeting via video call or invite you directly to our offices for a personal meeting.
As part of our dialogue, we look forward to introducing boTec to you and getting to know you and your ideas and wishes for your future. We look forward to discovering through dialogue how your individual skills and experience will contribute to a successful collaboration. At the first meeting, you will have the opportunity to talk to your future line manager and, depending on the situation, to a team member from the specialist department and/or from our HR department.
Duration of the application process
The duration of the application process varies depending on the job advert and is influenced by various factors such as availability and the number of applications. Careful examination and evaluation of the applications we receive is very important to us. As a rule, however, we are interested in providing you with feedback and making decisions as quickly as possible.
